“I started my journey around 7 years ago by applying for a role in HR. I was offered the opportunity to join one of the group’s units as Assistant Manager. I decided to accept and challenge myself in the restaurant industry. It was 2 years, 6 units and continuous development, which led me to where I am today, in the HR Management team. I believe this strategy of the Group investing in and challenging its people strengthens the mutual sense of pride in both career and organization.”
