Architecture

Setting up a Portugália Balcão includes full support in developing the architectural and layout design. Portugália Balcão store projects follow thoroughly developed, proven designs, ensuring both operational functionality and effective marketing and design.

Training

Alongside the Franchising license, Portugália franchisees have access to a theoretical and practical training program. The classroom-based theoretical training aims to build essential knowledge for managing a restaurant. The practical training allows franchisees to learn about the operations of a Portugália kitchen and counter. Ongoing support is provided through the Franchising team.

Operations

In addition to full operational support in preparing the business, the restaurant opening is accompanied by an experienced support team composed of a head chef and a manager from Portugália’s staff, with continuous involvement from the Franchising team.

Quality
